Education Specialist - Retirement Services
The ideal candidate will deliver prepared, concise and persuasive 401(k) presentations in a variety of settings. This candidate will be responsible for increasing participation and building client satisfaction from newly sold 401(k) companies as well as existing companies.
Other responsibilities:
- Respond to meeting requests from our internal business partners. - Updating and managing internal plan tracking systems. - Scheduling newly sold clients into a training class to help them understand their roles and responsibilities for managing the plan. - Review client details and employee demographics. - Work closely with Financial Advisors and clients to assess the enrollment meeting needs and build an optimal environment to ensure success. - Actively contacting our existing clients to set-up meetings. - Conduct approximately 10 enrollment or education meetings per week. - Schedules and conducts meetings. - Efficient territory management. - A defined territory will be assigned, but may also include travel to outside territories when needed. - Territory includes: South Florida: position can be anywhere on the East coast of South Florida (West Palm to Miami).
Qualifications Required (Experience, Skills, Academic):
Requirements:
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 security licenses. - Bilingual (Spanish and English) - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in education and experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of 401k and investment experience. - Presentation experience. - Communication skills. - Sales experience is a plus. - Ability to travel.
